The Tokyo conference room, located in the heart of Paris, can accommodate up to 50 people. Bathed in natural light from its 3 large bay windows, this elegant 80 m² conference room is the ideal venue for all types of business events. It is particularly well suited to cocktail receptions.
The room layout can be set up in the following configurations:
- Theatre configuration: up to 50 people
- U-shaped configuration: up to 25 people
- Meeting room configuration: up to 28 people
- Cocktail reception configuration: up to 120 people

The Tokyo conference room in Paris is fully equipped with a projection screen, chairs, tables, a paperboard and an overhead projector.
Notepads, pens and small bottles of water are provided upon request and we can also install:
- Sound system,
- Interpreter booths,
- Video-conferencing facilities.
